Building your new home is a process with many steps, but we’re committed to making that journey as fluid and as natural as possible. You see, nature has an order and a path that is intuitive and remarkable. In all facets of our home building, we honour this natural growth and use it as inspiration. We also know that humble human involvement can make the building process a delightful experience. We’d like to form a design partnership with you, as we believe it’s a key element that’s will make all the difference.
A BEGINNING
You’ve decided you’re interested in buying a home from Ocheller. Before we begin we want to get to know a little bit about you, your needs and your expectations for your future home. Simply fill out our customer intake form, and we’ll take it from there.
A VISION
Now that we know a little bit more about you, we’ve put together your “blueprint” which will illustrate our general design ideas for you. Following the completion of the intake form, we will be in contact shortly as we begin our journey together.

A DESIGN
The ideas have germinated, and now it’s time to lay out a comprehensive plan. We ’ll show you samples and selections in order to discuss final decisions on exterior/interior packages and floorplans using 3D images and visuals.
A PRODUCT
Now we’ll visit your developing home four times over the course of construction. We’ll do this step together. You’ll get a feel for the structure, light and layouts as you witness your vision transform into reality.
A LIFE
This is the step where we give you the keys into your new home, and officially welcome you to Thoughtful Living. Welcome home.
